In each class you will be introduced to two meditations; the first a ‘bodywork’ practice to relax and calm the mind, and then a fresh technique that provides you with opportunities to discover which forms of meditation suit your own individual tastes and needs.
Weekly course materials are provided, along along with access to all First Steps content and guided meditation mp3s.

Extremely appropriate for my needs with good health as a focus. Practical – and humorous – approach by Kevin. Fantastic instruction. Best $200 I’ve ever spent. Do it sooner than later!

In fifteen years of meditation Kevin is one of the best teachers I’ve come across. Highly recommended.

I’m becoming much more aware of how I react emotionally at work and otherwise in my life. And this course gave me ways of doing this. I find I’m becoming much more open to what’s going on around me and the way emotional responses can get in the way. And how to change those conditioned reactions. Immensely enjoyable.
Elise Champlain, Marketing Consultant, Sydney
I’m amazed actually. I became so much more engaged with the More Steps course than I ever expected as my ability to focus and become really aware deepened so quickly. The booklist is superb for further study. Such a great course!

Navigating my way through big career changes takes nerves of steel! To my surprise Kevin’s Further Steps: Masters course made it all so much easier while putting adversity and life’s challenges in a much deeper philosophical context: Seneca? Marcus Aurelius? Epicurus? And those Sufis? Right on I say!”
